Flame Papagei Dual CV Looper black

Flame Papagei is an externally clocked looper with a length of up to 16 bars in a 16th note grid.

It runs with an external clock (16th note) and loops continuously (each track has a control for the loop length). When the input GATE is active, it records the 1V/Oct input for the selected track at each step. You can overdub again and again. No more annoying record buttons. Recording takes place on the selected track (or on both).

The recording function is not entirely trivial, but works automatically in the background:

Short gates between two 16ths are set as retrigger steps to the nearest step. A short note played into a long note cuts off the long note.

The length of both tracks can be changed on the fly using the pots, which is great for jamming!

There is also a reset button (and input) and a clear button (for deleting the current steps or the entire track). Both tracks have a MUTE button for muting.

The 1V/Oct range covers 8 octaves (0...+8V).
